The room rates are Thur 06/14 $89, Fri & Sat 06/15, 06/16 $109, Departure Sun 06/17. Coming from Knoxville to Pigeon Forge it will be red light # 6, turn right.
We will gather at 6:30pm friday night for Box Dinner - sub sandwiches with chips and soft drinks. Afterward, we will have the traditional book swap Friday evening.
There will be kids Activities Saturday morning 9:30 AM, with Saturday afternoon free time.
Saturday Night Dinner Menu:
Barbecue chicken or smoked beef brisket. (choose one)
Southern potato salad, deviled eggs, corn-on-the-cob,molasses baked beans, fresh rolls and peach cobbler. Please email tom at troutman dot org to identify your menu selection as soon as possible. For Saturday night, kids under 12 are half price, kids under three eat free.
We are asking all families to bring wrapped white elephant item. We will sell raffle tickets as a fund raiser for the flower fund. Tickets will be drawn Saturday night with winners selecting among remaining items. Mmemorial dove release will follow dinner, with drawings for white elephants followed by talent show. Saturday night is the night for all Troutmans to show their talent at 8:00 PM!
Sunday will be breakfast and departure.
